The remaining 47 acres in Apple Tree Acres has been purchased by Oxbo with plans for a state of the art farm equipment manufacturing facility. They will be submitting a site plan for review in the next couple of months. The Craft Cannery in the industrial park is building a 5000 square foot addition for storage. Dollar general will be presenting a site plan for a store at the entrance to Apple Tree Acres on Buffalo Rd at this month’s meeting.
